I got a haircut my stylist was Sunil who was really gentle and listened to what I wanted while also providing me his expertise.. and I am really happy with the results..
For pedicure Mrs Aruna a very sweet and kind personality, she made me feel very comfortable and we had a really good conversation through the session. All in all a business succeeds not only by the services but also by the way customers feel and im sure everyone who enters here leaves feeling our best.

I tried the hydra facial in Nova along with pedicure.
Higlighting about the hydra facial was initially apprehensive,would the service be good but to it was extremely good.My skin was tired and always wanted that quick facial that rejuvenates my skin.The hydra facial is the most hygienic and results can be visualised at everystep.Aruna who had done the facial had taken almost care in explaining each step and she walked through the process at almost ease with her experience.Unlike regular facials where there are several massages this is balanced with several steps and the machine takes care of the skin deep within.
I highly recommend that it's worth as the offer is at a great price.

I visited this salon with a last minute appointment and the service was just amazing. I went there for a pedicure which I needed really bad as I had a long tiring day before and my feet were full of dead skin but my main concern was a good massage. The girl's name was Lakshmi I think... She did an amazing job and I could see a visible difference just after the pedicure and my pain was relieved. They offered me a really nice coffee and I had a great time. The price is a bit on a higher scale for a pedicure but you should definitely visit them if you're looking for a hassle free and happy service.
I'm a permanent customer now!!

I had a truly wonderful experience at this salon! My haircut by Deepika was fantastic – she did an amazing job, and I'm so happy with the result. I also had a face cleanup by Lakshmi, which left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing.
Beyond the excellent services, what really stood out was how well I was treated by everyone. The staff were all incredibly well-behaved and friendly, making me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I walked in. The salon itself was also spotlessly clean, which is always a huge plus.
Overall, it was a nice experience and I highly recommend this salon!

Absolutely wonderful experience today at Nova . I walked in to Nova after reading great reviews from other customers. Definitely worthy place of all the great reviews and feedback. My sons, mom and me all availed services and we all were extremely satisfied. Great place no doubts at all .
Sunil ...was absolutely professional and extremely warm .He is great at his craft of hair styling..both mom and me were extremely happy with his service..
Shree was another gem..very warm , dedicated and focused on ensuring her customers are happy .My mom who was getting a clean up done for the first time was fully impressed with Shree.My experience with Shree was equally amazing ....
Munna ...was brilliant with my twin boys .He exactly gave them the haircut thy were looking for .Very good at his craft again

I called in for an appointment at the last minute and they have politely accepted although it was 30 mins before their usual closing time.
The stylish spoke good English and was easy to communicate and gave good suggestions on styling the hair.
Styliah understood the requirement as I have had a particular look for long time and wasn't considering changing the look. He acknowledged and gave hair cut in the similar fashion with an option to try out a new look if required.
I am happy with their service and planning to visit again hereafter.

This is my second haircut experience with them. Guys, Bigat is legit the best hairdresser. Both times I've gotten my hair cut from him. He listens to his clients needs, and also if you guys have a scare of hairdressers Bigat will change that. I had asked for length to be retained AND HE DEFINITELY LISTENED TO ME. Such beautiful cut done. I highly recommend. Also the vibes and even the receptionist is soo lovely and welcoming. My all time favourite!!

Having never been to a salon in India before, I looked up salons from Google. Went with my instincts and turns out they didn’t fail me. Loved the experience and the service. Very professional, friendly, and courteous service. I will definitely come back if I am in Bangalore.
The stylist Biget was wonderful. Advised on hair styling and products that would go with my hair type. His recommended treatment for dandruff was great as well.

I visited Nova again. This time it was for a haircut and Sunil, my hairstylist understood my requirements and did a great job. During my earlier visit, we had availed multiple services and they were all done well. I definitely recommend this salon any day.

This is my first time at this salon. Staff did a great job at facial, pedicure and waxing for me. Her waxing and pedicure services were also thorough and well done. The salon is clean and hygienic and is maintained well. Friendly staff and no unnecessary chit chat or upselling.

I had a wonderful experience getting a facial massage and haircut . The facial was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling soft and refreshed. The staff (sri kani) used gentle, soothing techniques that really helped me unwind.
The haircut was exactly what I wanted – clean, stylish, and professionally done. The stylist ( Bahid) listened to my preferences and gave great suggestions.
